Having been established in North Connel since October 2007, LEE has grown to be a firmly established Electrical Contracting and Maintenance business providing both installation and maintenance services to a growing customer base.
Colin's aim as founder of LEE was to provide a cost effective Electrical Business and provide a service meeting the high standards that the Electrical Industry is aiming to provide by vetting contractors through governing bodies such as SELECT.
LEE is achieving its goals as can be seen by its growing customer base stretching throughout Argyll and Bute on the west coast of Scotland.
Colin, the owner of LEE has over 30 years experience in the Electrical Industry both in Australia and the UK, working in each of the installation and maintenance industries for many years.
Before moving to North Connel, Colin had been a Maintenance Supervisor in London working in the very competitive Commercial Banking environment where he gained invaluable experience that has allowed him to provide a good service to his commercial and domestic customers here in Lorn.
Colin provides a cost effective, professional and reliable service to his customers, treating them with the respect that they demand and deserve.
Here are some of the services that Loch Etive Electrical provides.
1. Periodic Inspections to current BS 7671 Requirements. (generally required for health and safety and insurance reasons to any premises)
2. In-Service Inspection and Testing previously known as PAT testing to all portable appliances. (required by any business that has the public using their electrical appliances; anything from kettles irons hoovers to computers etc)
3. Installation of electrical accessories including new consumer units. (rewires, new builds, extensions, cooker replacements, extra lights, sockets, emergency lighting etc)
4. Maintenance programmes specific to your needs. (all premises need maintenance programmes to extend the life of the electrical installation and to provide a safe working and/or sleeping environment for staff and the public)
